I addended the 42nd Annual Twelve Mile 500 Riding Lawnmower Race on July 4th. My cousin, Todd, competed in the race. That’s him on the #22. I’ll upload the pictures to a gallery next week.
The Lawnmower Racing Pictures are in the gallery now. Click here for the pictures.

If ya go to Mom’s Photo gallery, Mom has put in some new pictures.
We got Dad a pond kit for Father’s Day. Here’s the “finished” product…

All my pictures from the month of May have been added to the Indy 2004 Gallery
I’ve also went back in and made the other pictures that were in there larger.
I had a great time at the Indy 500 on Sunday. I’ll post the rest of my pictures sometime this week.
Well, my dad found a lawnmower for me. So now I need to head up there this weekend and get it. I don’t know what that does with my plans to go to Eldora. I guess I’ll just wait and see.

Just got back from Brownstown Speedway. It was fun. Got to watch cars go around the track for 7 hours. I ended up leaving after the late model feature. They still had the features for the other three classes to run. Cool surprise for me at the race was that I ran into Jake, a guy that lived on my floor up at Tri-State U. It was good talking to him. Well, time for bed now.
Well, today started out really nice eventhough it was a little overcast, it was very warm, but now it has started to rain. I am still able to have all the windows open, so that is nice.
Some of the flowers that Cheryl the Trout has planted when she lived here are starting to bloom. This is a view of some of them out the bay window in my computer room.
Just finished watching Cup qualifying at Bristol. Man, 21 poles now for Newman. It’s just unbelievable how fast he qualifies. I think my cousin Todd should be arriving sometime today for the weekend’s race there.
Tomorrow is the first race of the seaon at Brownstown Speedway. I’ve never been to Brownstown, but if the weather holds up, I think I might head over there. They are running Late Models, Bombers, Indiana Super Stocks, and UMP Modifieds.
This warm weather the past couple of days got me thinking of the upcoming mushroom season.

Hopefully I’ll be able to find the morels down here in Mitchell around my house. I’ve heard that this is a good mushroom area.
Also, I wanted to try putting a picture in my blog.
